As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) practitioner, Tom takes a coordinated approach in advising his clients to help them achieve their financial goals. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.A. in Economics. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Santa Clara University, as well as the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations from The American College.
In addition, Tom is an Enrolled Agent (EA), which allows him to represent clients before the IRS. He provides financial and tax planning to his clients. He is a member of the Mission Society of Enrolled Agents. Tom’s past experience has been in retirement planning administration, tax preparation,, and as a financial analyst, ranging from small companies to large Silicon Valley high-tech corporations.
As a person who enjoys and values learning, Tom believes that keeping up-to-date on the latest financial trends and issues helps him provide professional excellence. Recognizing the importance of planning for the present and the future, Tom is helping others achieve their financial goals.
When Tom’s not in the office, his outside interests include cycling, tennis, and traveling.
